Simply visit our CONTACT form to handle your return hassle-free. Exchange items are welcome within 14 days of receiving your order, at no extra cost.

Once we receive your return shipment at our warehouse, we aim to process your return within 10 days. Typically, your exchange request will be fulfilled within a few days. Rest assured, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking code once your new order is dispatched.

Returns are on your own cost and depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.

How does the Certi lifetime warranty operate? Certi is dedicated to delivering top-tier jewelry, which is why we provide a Lifetime Guarantee for all purchases of Gold Plated/Vermeil jewelry. This guarantee grants you a one-time replacement for the piece. If, for any reason, the item is no longer available, you have the option to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

However, this Warranty does not cover user damage issues (such as wear and tear, scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, long-term fading, etc.). Please note that shipping and handling fees are not included in Warranty Replacements.

During the warranty period, if a defect arises in the product and it is determined by Certi to be a manufacturer's defect, follow the instructions for returning the product.

Certi will, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law, do one of the following:

- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
- Replace the product with a new product equivalent to the one being replaced.
- Refund all or part of the purchase price of the product.

Certi will not be obligated to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to our warehouse. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a refund is issued, the returned product becomes the property of Certi.

This Limited Warranty exclusively covers solid gold and vermeil jewelry crafted by Certi. It does not extend to damage resulting from:

- Regular wear and tear
- Accidental incidents
- Intentional misuse or abuse
- Improper application
- Usage of non-Certi products

Avoid exposing your Certi jewelry to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter its appearance. These environments include, but are not limited to:

- Liquid silver polish
- Swimming pools
- Hot tubs
- Saltwater
- Spas
- Showers/baths

We advise against wearing the jewelry while sleeping. For detailed cleaning and care instructions, please refer to our guidelines. Failure to adhere to these instructions may be deemed as misuse or abuse of your Certi product.
